From the front door, you can reach the village center, shops, and the beautiful Inzell natural swimming lake within just a few minutes — ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and family time. On the other side of the house, you’ll enjoy stunning mountain views every day, included at no extra charge.
Winter sports enthusiasts will love the location: Inzell is a paradise for cross-country skiing, with over 80 km of groomed trails in the region — easy loops directly in town and more challenging routes nearby. For alpine skiing, the family-friendly Kessellifte are only a short drive away, while larger ski areas such as Ruhpolding and the Unternberg cable car can be reached quickly. Public transportation and bus stops are within walking distance, and the region is also an excellent starting point for day trips to the Chiemgau region and Lake Chiemsee.
