Prices exclude the local tourist tax per person/night: Adults €2.10, children aged 6–15 €1,00, children up to 5 years free of charge.

 xx No parties or events xx Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment; an ashtray is provided on the terrace xx No excessive noise or loud music xx No drugs or illegal behavior xx No visitors or overnight guests not listed on the reservation xx Do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet – toilet paper only

++ Keep the house clean and tidy ++ Please report any damage or missing items to us immediately ++ Please wash dishes / run the dishwasher before check-out ++ Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM ++ Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment

Fees & Penalties → €500 fee for excessive noise, smoking inside the apartment, or violation of the house rules → €75 per hour will be charged if check-out is delayed and we were not informed in advance → €50 per person for guests not listed in the reservation → €500 fee for removing guests / occupants / animals who are staying on the property without authorization --> €300 fee if the pet is on the sofa or bed, and/or if the dog is cleaned with the guest towels, and/or if the dog is fed using household dishes (a special dog towel, a dog bed, and a dog bowl are provided on site!)
